I found out about her last year (Ikinokori●Bokura became really popular, like you said, and I ended up discovering that song through TikTok lol), and totally, her music is great! I've come across and enjoyed a couple other folksy-sounding artists in the past (such as Fujiwara Sakura, Kaneko Ayano, etc) and Ichiko Aoba's definitely another good one to listen to.
But yeah, I love her vocals and I can imagine that hearing them live is really a whole other experience.
For sure, I think the sped up/slowed down versions of songs might be the most questionable thing about that (and the fact that we're seeing some artists include those variations in their releases, which... I'm not a huge fan of). But no doubt has TikTok been a pretty decent source to find new music/artists.
re: Fujiwara Sakura, would definitely suggest listening to her 'good morning' album :)

lmao yeah while the tiktokfication of every form of media can be slightly irritating, on the other hand you get exposed to a whole lot more.
And Kaneko Ayano is fantastic vocalist, haven't really listened to Fujiwara Sakura but I'll have to check her out.
